Beefmaster’s most valuable resource is its people. We work together with one common goal: To do beef best.

Our traditional family values, coupled with innovation, form the basis of how we conduct our business. We have a skilled management team and continually invest in training to ensure that we remain ahead of the curve.

We care about our community and believe that we have a responsibility to ensure a better, improved society. This starts at home. We also believe in looking after our staff, and do everything to contribute to a safe and happy working environment for them. Many of our staff have started in minimum wage jobs and have climbed the ranks to management.

We are passionate about our people and their wellbeing and continually invest in them. We have several learnership intakes per year and our aim is to spend 3% of our wage bill on training and development of our staff.
